Biography
Since taking her first art classes at the Cleveland Museum of Art as a child, Nora Keenan has been inspired to live a life full of creativity. Nora fell in love with nature, growing up on the shores of Lake Erie in Euclid, Ohio, and has always sought to bring the natural world into her work. Nora later graduated from Western Reserve Academy in Hudson, where she was an active member of the fine arts department.
Nora completed a dual degree in Studio Art and Art History at Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania before studying interior design and architectural drafting at the Corcoran College of Art + Design in Washington, DC. Nora then relocated to Hawaii, where she spent a decade exploring - and being inspired by, the natural beauty of the Hawaiian islands. Currently residing in Cleveland, Nora is focused on her studio practice and hoping to share the joy of her explorations with others through her fine art acrylic paintings.
